01Concrete cutting
Floor, road, slab.
Diamond-blade cutting through existing concrete, fresh slabs and reinforced sections. We run floor saws for renovation cuts and trench openings, road saws for civil work, and we hand-cut where access is too tight for a wheeled saw to get into.
Typical jobs include cutting out sections of slab for new plumbing or drainage, opening up driveways for service runs, expansion joint and control joint sawing on fresh pours, and cutting back broken-edge concrete to a clean line before patching or pouring new. Cuts come out square, edges crisp, no jagged overrun where it isn't wanted.
We cover residential, commercial and civil. Most jobs are quoted on site after a quick look. Pricing depends on depth, length and access more than anything else.

02Core drilling
Clean precision holes.
Diamond core drilling from 25mm up past 600mm in diameter, any depth, in concrete, brick, block, stone and reinforced slabs. Wet-drilled with continuous water feed to keep the bit cool, the dust suppressed and the site clean.
Common uses are plumbing penetrations, electrical conduit runs, HVAC ducting, structural anchor holes, and balustrade fixings. We're set up for both horizontal and vertical drilling, and the rig mounts to floors, walls or ceilings depending on what the job needs.
Most core jobs are same-day turnaround if the brief is in by morning. We mark the locations with you on site before drilling to make sure they line up with what's coming next.

03Wall chasing
Tidy channels.
Wall chasing is the cut groove an electrician or plumber needs in a finished wall to run new services. We do it dust-extracted with a twin-blade chaser, so the cut is straight, the depth is consistent, and there's no fine concrete dust drifting through the rest of the house.
Suited to brick, block and concrete walls. We handle short single runs for one new outlet, full rewire chases through an entire property, and pipework chases for new bathrooms. Edges come out clean enough that the trade following us can fix services and the plasterer can patch over without rework.

04Wall sawing
Vertical & overhead cuts.
Track-mounted wall sawing is what you call for when you need a clean opening cut into a wall, floor or ceiling that's too thick or too reinforced for a hand saw. The rig bolts to a guide rail, the blade follows the line, and you get a cut that's straight from the first millimetre to the last.
We cut to around 600mm depth, with no overcut at the corners. Matters when the opening is right next to something you can't replace. Common uses are new door openings in masonry, window openings in concrete, lift shaft penetrations and structural alterations.

05Excavation
Dig in, dig deep.
Mini-excavator work for residential and small commercial sites. Footings, drainage trenches, pool digs, site cuts, bulk earthworks and stripping topsoil before a new slab pour. We're set up for tight-access jobs. Narrow side passages, low overhead clearance and gates the bigger machines can't squeeze through.
Spoil removal can be included where the site can't stockpile, and we coordinate with the concreter (often us, on the same job) so the excavation depth and dimensions line up with what's getting poured.

06Demolition
Controlled removal.
Structural breaking and removal: slabs, footings, internal walls, pool surrounds, driveways and shed bases. We work residential renovations and commercial fit-outs, from a single room strip-out through to a full back-of-house demo.
Controlled is the key word. We protect what stays, break only what's coming out, and clean up as we go. Debris is hauled off-site at the end, the site is left tidy enough to start the next stage on, and where the demo is leading into a fresh pour we usually do that too. One phone call, one invoice.

07Concreting
Pour, set, finish.
New slabs, driveways, footpaths, patios, footings and pads. Form-up, reo, pour, screed and finish. Broom finish for grip, trowel finish for smooth, exposed aggregate where the look needs to land. We take the job from a dirt cut all the way through to a slab you can drive on.
Because we do the cutting and excavation as well, the dimensions and finish levels line up properly with whatever existing concrete the new pour is butting up against. No mismatched heights, no awkward step downs, no callbacks.
